KLEE LL.M. 2026 is the entrance examination for admission to the LL.M. programme in Kerala. The examination is conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala.
The LL.M. programme is a two-year postgraduate law course. Admission is made on the basis of merit assessed through the entrance examination conducted by CEE. Candidates who want admission to Government Law Colleges or Government merit seats in Private Self-Financing Law Colleges in Kerala must appear for the entrance examination.
These are the key dates a candidate should remember for the 2026 LL.M. entrance process.
Candidates can start submitting the online application through the CEE website.
Last date for online application submission including fee payment is 10 July 2026, 5.00 PM.
Online admit cards can be downloaded from 20 July 2026 onwards.
The examination will be conducted from 3.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
The rank list will be published on or before 20 August 2026.
Before applying, candidates must carefully check nationality, academic qualification and age criteria.
Indian citizens are eligible for admission. OCI cardholders, including PIO cardholders, are treated at par with Indian citizens only for the limited purpose of admission.
The candidate must have passed LL.B. with at least 50% marks from a recognised University.
There is no upper age limit for admission to the LL.M. course.
The application fee must be paid online while submitting the application.

The syllabus is divided into Part A and Part B. Together, both parts contain 200 questions.
The official prospectus provides the list of colleges to which allotment was made by CEE for the LL.M. course in 2025-26. For 2026-27, allotment of Government merit seats in private self-financing law colleges will be subject to Government approval, renewal of University affiliation and other applicable conditions.

Candidates should keep scanned copies of required documents ready before applying online.
After the examination, CEE will publish answer keys, rank list and allotment-related notifications.
CEE will publish the answer key after the examination. Candidates can submit complaints through the candidate portal within the stipulated time.
The rank list will be prepared based on the entrance examination. In case of tie, higher marks in Part A will be considered first.
Allotment will be done through the Centralised Allotment Process based on rank, options submitted and eligible reservation claims.

KLEE LL.M. 2026 is the Kerala LL.M. entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Kerala, for admission to LL.M. seats in Government Law Colleges and Government merit seats in Private Self-Financing Law Colleges.
The syllabus includes Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Law of Crimes, Law of Contracts, Public International Law, Administrative Law, Law of Property, Company Law, Interpretation of Statutes and Law of Torts.
There are 200 objective-type questions in total. Part A contains 100 questions and Part B contains 100 questions.
Each correct answer carries 3 marks. One mark is deducted for each wrong answer. No mark is deducted for unanswered questions.
The application fee is ₹950 for General and SEBC candidates. For SC, ST and Persons with Disabilities candidates, the fee is ₹450.
